How long does it take to get the reset link?
Most emails arrive within 1 to 2 minutes. If you do not see it in your main inbox after 5 minutes, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
How long is the password reset link valid?
For your account security, each password reset link expires exactly 1 hour after it is requested. If your link expires, simply return to the reset page and request a new one.
